Buyers

For most agents, a buyer will be your first client.

Buyers are nice because they feel very active. It’s your job to make sure you help them explore what they want and need and set expectations along the way.

Buyers are very often anxious. They can be dramatic, emotional, frustrating. You will end up in difficult conversations with them. Make sure you keep a good tension between being friendly and understanding and the professional that you are.

Set expectations early and often.
Always ask if they have anymore questions before you leave or end a call.
