There are a ton of activities that need to happen on Listing Live Day to ensure your listing is published correctly, syndicates to other real estate websites, and makes a good first impression

Checklist:

  • Send Listing link to clients to review for errors, make any changes immediately
  • Add open house schedule: please see below video on how to add an open house to your listing.
  • Reverse Prospect MLS {Video from Amy in Northstar, Jess in Metro}
  • Reverse Prospect in Brivity {Video link to brivity existing training}
  • Setup Showingtime or Aligned Showing {Video for each} Ensure proper access instructions and details are in place for the house. Set showing restrictions and automations as needed
  • Send a test showing request to sellers
  • Ensure lockbox is on the door with a key inside that opens that door
  • Create a social post, post to your socials, tag Brick & Banister
  • Run a social ad in Brivity Marketer

After your listing has had a week of market time, be sure to continue your marketing activities: daily reverse prospect calls to agents, weekly reverse prospecting emails and social posts, open houses at minimum one time per week.
Communicate your marketing efforts with the sellers at minimum once per week.
