How to Navigate Paperless Pipeline

Paperless Pipeline is the software that we use to store all of our transaction files. You may save them to your hard drive or Google Drive as well but all files must be uploaded into Paperless Pipeline within three days of signing. This will ensure that all required documents are in your file and that everything has been filled out properly and completely. It is always easier to get a signature or additional documentation at the beginning of a deal rather than at closing. Paperless Pipeline automatically creates a monthly backup of all closed files, so you will always have access to your files if you need them in the future.

At the close of a transaction, commission payments will not be issued until your file is complete in Paperless Pipeline.

Accessing Your Paperless Pipeline Account

We have created a Paperless Pipeline account for you under Brick & Banister Real Estate Co. All you need to do is log in and update your profile information. You can access your account using the following criteria:

  • Username: your Brick & Banister email address
  • Password: houseyhouse17
